Onestop Cranes ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our fleet management platform, including our mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including: name, email address, phone number, organisation name, crane and equipment data, inspection and maintenance records, documents and photos you upload, and any other information you choose to provide.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our app, we may automatically collect: device identifiers (Device ID, advertising ID), IP address, operating system and version, app version, usage data and analytics, crash reports, and log data.

1.3 Location Information

With your permission, we may collect precise or approximate location data to enable fleet tracking features. You can disable location access through your device settings at any time.

Provide, operate, and maintain the Craneflows platform
Process and manage your fleet, maintenance, and inspection records
Send notifications and reminders about inspections, certifications, and faults

3. Google Play Store — Additional Disclosures

3.1 Data Safety (Google Play)

In accordance with Google Play's Data Safety requirements, we disclose all data types collected by our app in the Google Play Console Data Safety section. Our app collects personal information (name, email), device identifiers, and app activity data. Data is encrypted in transit. Users may request data deletion by contacting us.

3.2 Permissions

Our Android app may request the following permissions: Camera (to photograph equipment and inspections), Storage (to upload and view documents and photos), Internet (to sync data with our servers), and Location (optional, for fleet tracking). We only request permissions necessary for app functionality.

4. Apple App Store — Additional Disclosures

4.1 App Store Privacy Nutrition Labels

In accordance with Apple's privacy requirements, we declare all data collected and linked to your identity in our App Store listing under 'App Privacy'. Categories include Contact Info (name, email), Identifiers (User ID, Device ID), and Usage Data (product interaction, crash data).

4.2 iOS Permissions

Our iOS app may request access to: Camera (NSCameraUsageDescription), Photo Library (NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription), and Location Services (NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription). Each permission is requested only when needed and includes a clear explanation of use.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
